First off, it should be made clear that although the guild has an organisation system, its main purpose is to split the work and everyone is to be treated as equals. Therefore, the majority of the admin team have been put in place based on a mixture of things having taken into account: playing experience, activity, social reputation, economy, and contribution to the faction.
However, if you think you could benefit the team, then apply for a role via a forum private message to an admin adressing why you have decided to apply and what you have to offer. This will be passed on and a vote held by the admin will be cast. Every member is evaluated by the team continually, and if you consistently fail to hold to your responsibilities, you may be demoted.

-Has the final say, unless more than 75% of the admin team disagree, in which it will be overthrown.
